Priced by volume and weight — heavy material like concrete and rubble is billed differently to lighter timber and packaging waste.
Concrete, brick, and rubble are dense and heavy for their volume — even a modest-looking pile can weigh significantly more than an equivalent volume of timber or plasterboard, which affects both truck capacity and tip fees.
Asbestos-containing materials are outside what we can legally handle — if there’s any doubt about a material’s age or origin, we’ll flag it and recommend specialist testing/removal before we proceed.

Can you do regular pickups across a whole build?
Yes — ongoing arrangements for the length of a project are common; ask when booking.
Do you handle asbestos?
No — we don’t handle asbestos-containing material under any circumstances. If it’s suspected, we’ll pause and recommend a licensed asbestos removalist.
Is concrete/rubble priced differently to general waste?
Yes — heavy material like concrete and brick attracts different tip fees to general or timber waste, which is reflected in the quote.
