Renovation Waste Removal Sydney

DIY or contractor-led — reno debris cleared without the skip bin hassle.

For homeowners renovating a room or two rather than running a full building site — old fixtures, offcuts, and general debris that builds up during a DIY project or a contractor-led renovation.

Who this is for

  • Homeowners renovating a kitchen, bathroom, or living space
  • DIY renovators clearing debris as they go
  • Anyone whose renovation debris has outgrown a single skip bin

Common jobs we see

  • Old fixtures and fittings pulled out during a bathroom or kitchen update
  • Offcuts and packaging from a flooring or flat-pack furniture install
  • A mid-renovation pickup so the property stays usable and safe

What we take — and what we can’t

We handle

  • Old tiles, fixtures, and fittings
  • Timber offcuts and flooring waste
  • Plasterboard and small demolition debris
  • Packaging and general renovation rubbish

We can’t take

  • Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing material
  • Chemicals, paints, or hazardous liquids
  • Medical or biohazard waste
  • Gas bottles or pressurised containers
  • Suspected asbestos-containing material (common in pre-1990s homes — flag this and we’ll advise)

Access & volume considerations

Access

  • Whether debris is staged outside or still needs to be carried out of the property
  • Timing around trades on site (we can work around a renovation schedule)

Usually smaller and more frequent loads than a full building site — a single room’s debris is a very normal booking size.

If your home was built or last renovated before 1990, plasterboard and some linings can contain asbestos — mention this when booking so we can advise before collection.

How quoting works

Upload photos of the job through our booking flow — no site visit needed for most jobs. We review every request personally and confirm a fixed quote before anything is booked or paid.

What affects the price

  • Volume of debris
  • Material mix (timber vs. tiles vs. mixed)
  • Access to where debris is staged

Common questions

Is this different to your builder waste service?

They cover the same kind of material — this page is aimed at homeowner-led renovations specifically, while builder waste removal covers active building sites and trade accounts.

Can you collect partway through a renovation, not just at the end?

Yes — mid-project pickups are common so debris doesn’t pile up and become a safety issue on site.
