What affects the price
Do you clean the property as well as clear it?
No — we remove furniture and rubbish, we don’t provide end-of-lease cleaning services. Many customers book a cleaner separately for after we’ve cleared the space.
What if the job turns out bigger once you arrive?
We quote from your photos, so we account for the load shown. If it’s materially bigger on the day, we’ll always discuss it with you first — never a silent surcharge.
