Every job is reviewed individually — these are the factors that shape the price.
How much needs to go — a single item, a trailer load, or a full property clearance.
General household items, green waste, and heavy materials like soil, tiles or bricks are handled and disposed of differently.
How much lifting, carrying and loading the job actually takes.
Multi-storey buildings, narrow stairwells, or lift bookings add time our quote accounts for.
How far items need to be carried from where they are to where the truck can park.
Kitchen/bathroom strip-outs and similar jobs involve more time and disposal planning than a straightforward clear-out.
Some items (large appliances, awkward furniture) need extra care or equipment to remove safely.
Where material can legally and responsibly go affects both time and cost.
If the on-site job differs from what photos showed, any additional scope is quoted and approved separately — never a silent surcharge.
Tell us what kind of job it is — rubbish removal, a clean-out, builder waste, and more.
Photos of the actual items or space let us quote against the real scope, not a guess.
Stairs, parking, lifts — anything that affects how the job gets done.
Choose a day and time window that works for you, including same-day where available.
We personally review every job before confirming a price.
Once you accept, choose card, Afterpay, cash or PayID.
The accepted quote applies to the scope disclosed. If the onsite job materially differs, Removals2GO explains the change and seeks your approval before any additional work proceeds — there is never a silent surcharge.

Do you require a deposit?
No. There’s no deposit at any stage. Payment is only required once you’ve reviewed and accepted your quote, and it covers the full approved amount.
How is the quote calculated?
From the photos and details you provide — rubbish volume, material type, access, and labour required. We review every job personally before confirming a price.
Can the price change?
Only if the on-site job materially differs from what was described or shown in photos, or if you add extra work on the day. Any change is explained and approved by you before it applies.
Can I pay using Afterpay?
Afterpay may be available at checkout for eligible customers and transactions once you’ve accepted your quote. Subject to Afterpay approval, limits and terms.
Can I pay with Klarna or Zip?
Klarna and Zip may also appear as payment options at checkout, depending on your eligibility and the transaction. We never guarantee approval or instalment terms — that’s determined by Klarna/Zip directly.
Can I pay cash?
Yes. Choose cash at the approved payment stage — this is confirmed by Removals2GO once payment is received in person.
Can I use PayID?
Yes. PayID details are provided once your quote is accepted, and payment is confirmed by Removals2GO after receipt.
When do I pay?
After you accept your reviewed quote — never before, and never a deposit.
What happens if Afterpay, Klarna or Zip is unavailable for my order?
You can still pay securely by card, or choose cash or PayID — your booking and quote are never affected.
