Straightforward rubbish removal pricing

Upload photos, tell us about the access and receive a reviewed quote based on the actual scope of your job.

What affects the quote

Every job is reviewed individually — these are the factors that shape the price.

Rubbish volume

How much needs to go — a single item, a trailer load, or a full property clearance.

Material type & weight

General household items, green waste, and heavy materials like soil, tiles or bricks are handled and disposed of differently.

Labour required

How much lifting, carrying and loading the job actually takes.

Stairs, lifts & access

Multi-storey buildings, narrow stairwells, or lift bookings add time our quote accounts for.

Parking & loading distance

How far items need to be carried from where they are to where the truck can park.

Demolition or strip-out complexity

Kitchen/bathroom strip-outs and similar jobs involve more time and disposal planning than a straightforward clear-out.

Specialised handling

Some items (large appliances, awkward furniture) need extra care or equipment to remove safely.

Disposal requirements

Where material can legally and responsibly go affects both time and cost.

Approved variations

If the on-site job differs from what photos showed, any additional scope is quoted and approved separately — never a silent surcharge.

What the quote includes

  • Labour to load and remove your items
  • Transport to an appropriate disposal or recycling facility
  • Approved disposal of everything collected
  • A clear, documented job scope from your photos
  • A digital record of your job in your Removals2GO account
  • An invoice/receipt once your job is complete

How the photo-based quoting process works

Step 1

Choose the service

Tell us what kind of job it is — rubbish removal, a clean-out, builder waste, and more.

Step 2

Upload clear photos

Photos of the actual items or space let us quote against the real scope, not a guess.

Step 3

Describe access

Stairs, parking, lifts — anything that affects how the job gets done.

Step 4

Select timing

Choose a day and time window that works for you, including same-day where available.

Step 5

Receive your reviewed quote

We personally review every job before confirming a price.

Step 6

Accept & choose payment

Once you accept, choose how you’d like to pay.

If the job changes on the day

The accepted quote applies to the scope disclosed. If the onsite job materially differs, Removals2GO explains the change and seeks your approval before any additional work proceeds — there is never a silent surcharge.

Flexible ways to pay

Once your quote is accepted, choose the payment method that suits you.

Card

Pay the full approved quote securely through Stripe.

Cash

Pay the team in person, confirmed by Removals2GO after receipt.

PayID

Pay using the secure details supplied for your approved quote.

Common questions

Do you require a deposit?

No. There’s no deposit at any stage. Payment is only required once you’ve reviewed and accepted your quote, and it covers the full approved amount.

How is the quote calculated?

From the photos and details you provide — rubbish volume, material type, access, and labour required. We review every job personally before confirming a price.

Can the price change?

Only if the on-site job materially differs from what was described or shown in photos, or if you add extra work on the day. Any change is explained and approved by you before it applies.

Can I pay cash?

Yes. Choose cash at the approved payment stage — this is confirmed by Removals2GO once payment is received in person.

Can I use PayID?

Yes. PayID details are provided once your quote is accepted, and payment is confirmed by Removals2GO after receipt.

When do I pay?

After you accept your reviewed quote — never before, and never a deposit.
