Furniture Removal Sydney

Sofas, beds, wardrobes — carried out, not just collected.

Bulky furniture is the single hardest thing to move yourself. We carry it from wherever it is in your home — not just the kerb — and take it away for disposal or recycling where possible.

Who this is for

  • Anyone replacing old furniture and needing the old piece gone
  • Renters preparing for a move or end-of-lease clean
  • Households upgrading a single room (bedroom, lounge, home office)

Common jobs we see

  • An old sofa or lounge suite being replaced
  • A bed, mattress, and wardrobe combination from a bedroom refresh
  • A dining table and chairs no longer needed

What we take — and what we can’t

We handle

  • Sofas and lounge suites
  • Beds, bases, and mattresses
  • Wardrobes and cabinets
  • Tables, chairs, and desks
  • Whitegoods and small appliances

We can’t take

  • Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing material
  • Chemicals, paints, or hazardous liquids
  • Medical or biohazard waste
  • Gas bottles or pressurised containers

Access & volume considerations

Access

  • Stairs, narrow hallways, or tight doorways — mention these so we know what’s involved before arrival
  • Whether the item needs to be disassembled to get it out (we can discuss this on booking)

Priced per item or as a combined load — a single wardrobe and a full house of furniture are both quoted from your photos.

Solid wood and stone-top furniture can be significantly heavier than it looks — flag this in your photos or notes so access/labour is quoted accurately.

How quoting works

Upload photos of the job through our booking flow — no site visit needed for most jobs. We review every request personally and confirm a fixed quote before anything is booked or paid.

What affects the price

  • Number and size of items
  • Access — stairs, lifts, tight corners
  • Whether disassembly is needed

Common questions

Do you take furniture from inside the house, or just the kerb?

From inside — we carry it out ourselves, you don’t need to move anything to the street first.

Can you take just one item?

Yes — single-item collections are common and quoted the same way as a full load.

Do you recycle or donate furniture?

Where an item is in good condition and a recycling/donation pathway is available, we’ll use it — otherwise it’s disposed of responsibly.
