By requesting a quote or using the Removals2GO service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Removals2GO provides rubbish removal, furniture removal, and related clearance services across greater Sydney. All services are subject to availability and acceptance at our discretion.
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including photos and descriptions. Final pricing is confirmed before the job commences. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual job differs materially from the description provided.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled job. In cases of more than 24 hours notice, deposits may be credited to a rescheduled booking.
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the items to be removed. We reserve the right to decline or cease work where conditions pose a safety risk to our crew.
We do not remove hazardous materials including asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, or uncontained liquids. You warrant that no such materials are included in your job.
Our liability is limited to the value of the job. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property. We carry public liability insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
