Across household, renovation, and commercial jobs, we handle general rubbish, furniture, whitegoods and appliances, green waste, scrap metal, and construction/renovation debris (concrete, timber, plasterboard, tiles). See each service page for the specific materials list for your job type.
Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing material — this requires a licensed asbestos removalist under all circumstances, not a judgment call we can make on-site.
Chemicals, paints, and hazardous liquids — these need a household chemical collection or hazardous waste facility, not general rubbish disposal.
Medical or biohazard waste, and gas bottles or pressurised containers — both require specialist handling outside general waste removal.
Gas-connected appliances that haven’t been disconnected by a licensed gasfitter — once confirmed disconnected, we can remove them as normal.
Include it in your photos and flag it in your notes — we’d rather ask a follow-up question than guess, especially for anything that might fall into a restricted category.
What happens if you arrive and find something you can’t take?
We’ll let you know on the spot and explain why, rather than taking it and creating a problem later — this is rare when photos are clear beforehand.
Do you take e-waste like old computers and TVs?
General household and office e-waste is fine; equipment holding sensitive data is better handled through a certified data-destruction service first.
