From photos to a cleared property — here’s what actually happens at each step.

Unlike a single-room job, a full cleanout is quoted from photos of every room involved — the more complete the picture, the more accurate the quote, and the less likely to need adjusting once we arrive.
If anything in the property isn’t part of the cleanout, flag it clearly — either in your booking notes or by pointing it out when the crew arrives. We work from what you tell us, not assumptions.
Multi-storey properties or larger homes may need more time on-site than a single-level unit, and we plan for that at booking rather than discovering it on the day. Larger properties sometimes need more than one truck load — this is confirmed as part of the quote, not a surprise on arrival.
We remove furniture, whitegoods, and rubbish — we don’t provide end-of-lease cleaning. Many customers book a separate cleaner once the property has been cleared.
Can this be booked for an end-of-lease move-out?
Yes — this is one of the most common reasons for a full house cleanout booking.
Do I need to be present the whole time?
Not necessarily, provided access is arranged and any items staying are clearly marked in advance.
